02Project work has its own agreement
Design, build, AI and care work is covered by the proposal and agreement we both sign for that project. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
03Using this site
You may read, link to and share pages on this site. Please do not:
Try to break into, overload or slow down the site or its server.
Copy the site in bulk with automated tools, except for search and answer engines that follow our robots.txt.
Send spam, malware or someone else's details through the form.
Use the site for anything unlawful.
04Who owns the content
The words, designs, graphics, code and the Krikir name and logo on this site belong to Krikir Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You may quote short parts with a credit and a link.
Client projects are shown with their owners' permission. Their names, logos and screens belong to those clients.
05Case studies and results
A case study describes one project for one client. The results depend on that client's market, product and team, so they are not a promise that your project will get the same numbers.
06Information on this site
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it gives general information, not legal, tax or other professional advice. Services, examples and wording can change without notice.
07Enquiries and quotes
Sending the form or booking a call does not create a contract. After a call we send a written quote with the scope and the launch date. It becomes binding only when we both accept it in writing.

We link to client sites, social networks and tools we use. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
09Availability
